You will immediately receive a Welcome email with info on our suppliers. If you did not receive an email check your “junk” folder. If you still cannot locate it, drop us an email us at info@thesynergydp.com. Our supply partners are excited to welcome you. Most will reach out by calling or emailing your office. They are eager to fill you in on the special “Synergy” offer.

We notify all suppliers on a regular basis of new members. Many suppliers will onboard your office within 1-3 days of sign-up. However, Synergy advises all members to directly contact each partner they are interested in working with to ensure that their Synergy discounts are activated, as this is not always an automated process. If you haven’t heard from a particular supplier and need to place an order call our Member Services Team or reference this contact list.

All of our supply partners have their own dedicated page. Use the appropriate tab within the Member Portal to navigate to the supplier page.  Within the supplier page you will find contact information including phone and email of the dedicated supplier representative.

Order placement, billing, delivery, and payment will be conducted between the supplier and the member.

Synergy obtains deep discounts negotiated on your behalf, and continually monitors those prices to make sure they maintain a competitive advantage.

Reference the supplier contact list and contact the supplier directly. Make sure to alert them you are a new Synergy Member so they pass along the proper discounts. Various suppliers may reach out to you in advance. Feel free to respond directly to setup services/accounts.

Upon signup we email you instructions to join the member portal. Reset your passwords from the portal login page. If you get lost please contact our Member Onboard Team.

We email supplier promotions during the first week of each month. Make sure you are subscribed so you stay informed.
