Cost remains one of the top barriers to treatment acceptance.  Letting all patients know they may be able to pay over time with the CareCredit credit card, often with promotional financing, may help those with an out-of-pocket cost or gap between the cost of care and their benefits schedule immediate care.  It’s financing simplified.

#1:  Ask all patients, “Do you have the CareCredit credit card?”  12.7+ million people nationwide have CareCredit.  Some of them may be your patients and may prefer to use CareCredit.

#2:  Recommend patients see if they prequalify for the CareCredit credit card – without impacting their credit score – by scanning your custom link QR code or at www.carecredit.com/dentistry.

CareCredit enrolled practices receive a special merchant rate discount when your patients use CareCredit to pay for Orthodontic services.

• All members of Synergy Dental Partners will have access to CareCredit’s 824 Code.
• The 824 Code is a CareCredit Deferred Interest Payment Option for Dental Providers that provide orthodontic treatment and Clear Aligners to their patients.
• The 824 Code can also be used for universal dental treatment that will tie into the provider administering orthodontic treatment or Clear Aligners to their patients.
• The 824 code gives providers access to offer two years of deferred interest to their patients for a merchant fee of only 9.9%. Down from the traditional 14.9%
